Can I share my floats or membership?

If you’d like to get a float for someone else, please purchase one of our gift cards. Our memberships are not shareable, however you earn free floats by referring new members.

Do float credits ever expire?

No, floats on your account rollover and never expire for single float purchases or active members.

What if I want to float more than once a month?

The best option is to sign up for our membership (every 4th float is free!), which gives you the best price on floats, additional floats at the same price, and many additional perks.

Do I have to buy a float before booking an appointment?

Yes, if you are not currently a member, you will need to first purchase a float session that you can put towards your appointment that you will be booking. Active members are able to pre-book appointments and can set up recurring times to help build your floating practice.

Is there any commitment, sign up, or cancellation fee for membership?

No, our memberships are flexible and month-to-month. There is no sign up or cancellation fee to become a member.

Gift Cards

Can I send an electronic gift card?

Yes, you have the option of a digital or physical version of the gift card. When you go to purchase one from our online store, you will have the option of sending it via email on a scheduled date that you choose (ex. birthday or anniversary). By default it will send you an email to print and give to them yourself in-person.

Am I able to get a physical gift card to give to someone?

Yes, you can give us a call or email at info@floathub.co.uk to let us know and we’ll create one for you that you can come by to pick up in-store.

How do I redeem a gift card I received?

If you received an electronic gift card, you can easily book your session online. Go to our booking system and login or create an account. You’ll need to choose the services that correspond with your gift card and enter your card number upon checkout.
